1. Acceptance
By using Appointa you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, you may not use the service.
2. Service description
Appointa is a multi-tenant SaaS booking platform for salons. It provides a public booking page, salon admin panel, and a client mobile app.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials safe. Report any suspected unauthorized access to info@appointa.hr.
4. Billing
The Starter plan is free. Pro and Premium are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Data ownership
Your salon, client, and appointment data remains yours. You may export it at any time and delete your account. We act as a processor, ensuring confidentiality and security.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with prior notice where reasonable.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes that affect your rights by email in advance, but we are not bound to any fixed notice period.
